This is a full day of workshops. We have lots going on, below is a list of what’s available and the times.
Reactive dog hoopers – 9am – 10:30am – £25 per dog.
This workshop will be run so the dogs are worked individually and they don’t come head on with another dog (seperate entrance and exit). It is ideal for dogs who don’t like other dogs or people. It is also perfect if your dog just lacks focus when in a class of other dogs. Dogs will take it in turn to have multiple goes in the arena with the trainers. When your dog isn’t working we ask that they wait in the car (or away from the arena) to give everyone as much room as possible when entering and leaving for their go. Suitable for all levels of hoopers dogs. Handlers can have multiple dogs as they are worked separately.
Sequences and course running hoopers – 11am – 12.30pm – £25 per dog.
Dogs will be working together in small groups. Suitable for dogs who have good hoop value.
Beginners hoopers – 1pm – 2pm – £20 per dog.
Dogs will be working together in small groups. Suitable for dogs who have no experience in hoopers, or who have little hoop value but want to build on it. Each dog will need their own handler.
Intermediate hoopers – 1pm – 2pm – £20 per dog.
Dogs will be working together in small groups. Suitable for dogs who have hoop value and want to progress onto more sequences. Each dog will need their own handler.
Puppy confidence and socialisation – 3pm – 5pm – £6 per dog.
As long as your vet has oked your puppy to meet other dogs then they can come to this workshop.
During the workshop your puppy will learn how to be confident with new things, new environments, new people.
Learn how to get them to settle in places like cafes, groomers and at the vets.
Off lead play with other puppies of similar ages with our guest behaviourist Zoe Darley who can answer any of your behaviour questions.
The Big Training Day will be held at the Maelor Equestrian Centre in Hope.
